- Roadside assistance within 2 hours : all works are carried out by Renault Trucks within the day.
As we don’t want to keep you waiting too long, should your vehicle require a repair taking less than 2 hours, this repair will be undertaken and completed within the day. - For repairs taking more than 8 hours : should your vehicle arrive at an authorised Renault Trucks workshop in France, your authorised Renault Trucks repairer provides you with a relay tractor (subject to availability).
